Add Sub-Categories, at least 3 deep.

Add Sub-Categories. For instance, I installed a Canon printer. It put 5 items on my desktop. I would like to add a 'Canon Stuff' category UNDER the existing 'Utiliities' Category. I'd like to see 3 levels deep. EG: MultiMedia/Graphics/JPG and MultiMedia/Graphics/BMPs etc allowed.
